Masaba Gupta And Satyadeep Misra's Intimate Wedding

Getting candid with one of the leading fashion magazines, Masaba mentioned court marriage was always their idea. "The idea was to keep it very small and in the presence of our immediate family. We wanted it to be very intimate because we felt that that was the right thing to do and we will not be celebrating in a big way going forward. However, there will be a party with close friends and family about 80-85 people who've had a meaningful relationship with Satyadeep and me."

When asked if Masaba's father Vivian Richards had made it to the wedding, she said, "It meant a lot that my father flew down from the Caribbean. It's the first time in my life that my stepfather, my father, my mother, my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law are all going to be in the same room celebrating together. For me, that's the biggest moment of my life, and I wanted that to be intimate."

Masaba On Her Relationship With Satyadeep

Getting candid with Vogue Magazine, the designer said, "I met him on the sets of Masaba Masaba, and interestingly, he was playing my ex-husband's character in season 1. He's an actor himself and he used to be a lawyer for a decade before that. I think we just connected on the fact that we could have conversations we both love comfort, peace, and a healthy lifestyle. It's been a big change in my life where I've started eating better, and I think a big part of my fitness journey has kicked off because of him."

"We both like simple things-coming home to each other and just talking about nothing watching something completely ridiculous and having a good laugh. I think that's something we crave. The reason we connected is that when we come back home, we're dead to the world-it's like anything that happens in the outside world doesn't affect us. That's always special," Masaba further added.

Masaba Gupta Divorce

Daughter of the legendary actress Neena Gupta and West Indies veteran cricketer Vivian Richards, Masaba was married to producer Madhu Mantena. The two got separated in 2019.

Making it official on social media, the designer's statement read, 'With a lot of sadness, Madhu and I have today decided to go on a trial separation in our marriage. We are not strong enough to explain ourselves to even friends who deserve answers from us. All we can say to each of them is to give us time and gives us love when we reach out to you.'

Radio City wishes Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra the heartiest congratulations and a happy married life.
